For my sister

My sister made these cute headwraps for Christmas and my girls (and I) LOVE them. I finally got around to taking pictures of them though, so Jamie- living in England- can see them on the girls. So cute!On a side note- this is what Havie and Em do when they get a hold of my camara:)

Guess Who's 8!

We had a very fun (& crazy busy) weekend celebrating Anya's 8th birthday. She got baptized on Saturday- between Conference sessions- up at the Spring and thankfully it was a beautiful day. Just a little windy but warm- perfect! Afterward we had a lunch at the church for all her friends and family- such a big crowd:) She is so blessed to have so many family members and friends to support her- thank you everyone for helping with the food, program, and for her fun birthday/baptism presents. She is a truly spoiled girl- but not rotten (most of the time:)

We love her to pieces and are so proud of the little lady she is becoming. She is such a good helper with her little brother and loves to help me out around the house (with her own made up chore list). She LOVES to read and is really enjoying tumbling and swim team. She is a little smarty pants at school and rarely has homework because she gets it done there. She got a new bike for her birthday and is happy that is goes "so fast!" She is our little pack rat- takes after a certain Grandma we all know and love- so I have to try and get rid of things when she is not around. Too bad her memory is so good now and she knows what junk I get rid of.
