We truly hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend spending some quality time with your loved ones. May we all take a moment to stop and remember the true meaning of Christmas. My new favorite quote is from Elder Neal A. Maxwell: He says "We are all Innkeepers who have to decide if we have room for Jesus in our lives." So true.Monday, December 20, 2010
Merry Christmas 2010
We truly hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend spending some quality time with your loved ones. May we all take a moment to stop and remember the true meaning of Christmas. My new favorite quote is from Elder Neal A. Maxwell: He says "We are all Innkeepers who have to decide if we have room for Jesus in our lives." So true.Greyson's Tricks
He has been sitting for about a month now
as long as he has a toy in front of him.
& "fake" crawling just as long.
I say fake crawling because he gets up like this
and then puts one or two knees forward and
then he Shamu's it. But he still gets everywhere he wants to go!
Now as talented at I KNOW you all think he is at
7 months old- don't be too jealous yet.
He is a HORRIBLE eater! He hates any and all
baby food and spits it ALL out. All he will keep in is
little pieces of bread or rolls. My Mom says
he is definately his Daddy's boy:)
I guess it is possible to live on milk and bread alone.

Velecia- make Kenzie leave the room now:)
I have been making these babies
every night for the past week or two
for a niece for Christmas
(plus about 6 others for my girls.)
Seriously- somebody needs to stop me!
But at least I am being productive while I watch
T.V. with my hubby at night right?

Chubs at 6 months

Hocus Pocus!
The girls all decided they wanted to be witches this year- along with their cousin, Laine, and friends Gabby, Michelle and Aubrey. Chubs was a red hot chili pepper- his outfit says "Hot Stuff" on it:) We love Trick-Or-Treating in our little town- it is just the right size to fill up their buckets!

Greg and I were laughing our heads off trying to get a picture of Grey's new funny face. He gets all excited and opens his mouth really wide and his eyes go huge. It is SO funny, but he does it so fast that this is the best picture we could get of it (not even close to the real thing:) Think higher eyebrows, bigger eyes, and a wider, stiffer smile. We got it on video though- with us all busting a gut in the background. We're thinking of sending it to AFV:)

More Catch Up- Cook Fall Reunion
Dad decided to do a Fall Cook Reunion up the canyon. It was very fun and I hope it becomes an annual event:) He set up a HUGE waterslide on the hill and the kids (& some adults) went down it for hours.

Nana playing with Chubs- yes his outfit is a little tight:)
